Information You Submit
Search forms transmit the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that supplies results. Moorpark People Search does not save a separate copy of those queries on its servers. When you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to share and use them to answer you.
Information Logged Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the service and see which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
Available data is used to run the site, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve its pages. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Ventura County and California offices, historical collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy. Sponsored search results are also furnished by an outside company with its own privacy terms.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and technical vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data already described. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Data Safeguards
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site. Logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Since visitors do not create accounts, Moorpark People Search holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if a child submitted such data so it can be removed.
California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives qualifying residents rights that can include access, correction, deletion, limits on sensitive-information use, and the ability to stop certain sales or sharing. We can check our mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Government records held by Moorpark, Ventura County, or California agencies remain outside our control, and any correction or restriction request must go to that record's custodian.

Any revised policy will appear here. Continued use after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated version.
